We recently just got back from a family vacation in Flordia and while we were over there my skin felt amazing! It is so hard to come back home to Colorado where my skin is constantly dry and dehydrated. With that being said, I wanted to share my updated skincare products that I have been using for the last 6 months or so. I have been trying to be more mindful of the products that I use whether that be skincare, makeup, clothing and even food. These products are clean and make my skin feel so hydrated and glowy.
Osea Ocean Cleanser
This cleanser is like taking the ocean back home with you. First off, it smells amazing. To me, it smells like a mixture of lemon and lime but it is very natural and faight to where it won’t bother you if you are sensitive to fragrance. It makes my skin instantly hydrated and does not break me out (acne prone!). It contains Undaria Seaweed, Bentonite, Lactic Acid, and Glycerin. It’s vegan & cruelty free, climate neutral certified (and ocean positive), and my favorite, mother & daughter founded.
Sukin Revitalizing Facial Scrub
Here me out. This is not your apricot scrub from middle school. This scrub I got in one of those monthly subscription boxes and I am OBSESSED. It doesn’t feel super gritty on my skin and it removes all the dead skin making my face feel super soft! This contains NO microbeads and uses gentle granules of biodegradable Bamboo Extract and Walnut Shell Powder. Sukin is 100% Australian made and only contains natural ingredients. They are also cruelty free!
Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops Serum
I’ve been using these Glow Recipe serums since the beginning of 2020. The Watermelon Dew Drops are a fan favorite for a reason! They are super hydrating, make your skin glow, and they smell amazzzzing! It visibly reduces the look of hyperpigmentation for a dewy, reflective glow which is perfect for no makeup, or makeup days!
Drunk Elephant Protini™ Polypeptide Firming Refillable Moisturizer
When I worked at Sephora, I always recommended this moisturizer. It is super hydrating and does not have a scent! It’s great for those of you (like me) who have really dry skin. I also like that it contains peptides for your skin. The packaging is refillable and does not allow for contamination!
TULA Protect + Glow Daily Sunscreen Gel Broad Spectrum SPF 30
This sunscreen has become a daily staple for me. I like that it gives my skin a glow and that it has no bad ingredients. It also provides protection against sun exposure, pollution & blue light.
Biossance Squalane + Marine Algae Firming & Lifting Eye Cream
Now that I am 28 it has been important for me to use an eye cream every day to prevent wrinkles. I love this one because it feels cooling under my eyes and tightens, lifts, and smooths my eyes! I don’t look like I have three kids with this eye cream! 😉
